All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your angling needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arrives within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our casting. However, we understand that sometimes you need to adjust your tackle box.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Fillet Knives & Accessories and Fish Hooks unless they arrive defective

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (plus 2-5 business days for your bank to post the credit)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want to swap for different gear? Follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll:

- Ship your new item with the same care as your original order
Price differences will be refunded or invoiced as needed.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
