However, we understand that sometimes even the most experienced anglers need to make adjustments to their tackle box. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same precision as our premium baitcasting equipment.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition – just as you’d expect when shopping at your local pro tackle shop.
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, Fillet Knives & Accessories and Fish Hooks cannot be returned unless defective. All other fishing rods, reels, baits, and accessories are eligible for return.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. This helps us process your return as quickly as a pro angler reels in a trophy bass.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (note that your bank may take additional 2-5 business days to post the credit)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want to swap for different gear? Follow the same return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll:
- Process your return once received
- Contact you to confirm exchange item availability
- Ship your new item with the same care we use when shipping your original order
If your exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as finding a secret honey hole), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Pro Tip: For faster service, include your order number and “Damaged Item” in your email subject line.
International Returns
For our international anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing times may be slightly longer due to international shipping
