How long does order processing take?
Our team carefully packs your fishing gear within 1-2 business days. During peak fishing seasons (spring and fall), processing may take up to 3 days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our Manchester facility.

Yes! We ship globally to most locations, except some remote areas in Asia and island nations. International orders may be subject to customs fees (varies by country). We include all necessary documentation to help with customs clearance.

What if my fishing rod arrives damaged?
We package all rods with extra protection, but if damage occurs during shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement through our Angler’s Promise guarantee.
